Zions Bancorporation is currently hiring an experienced Retail/ Consumer Loan Workout Relationship Specialist to join our team! This role will report to the new Enterprise Technology Center in Midvale, UT with the eligibility to work from home with a Hybrid work schedule in office 3 days and at home 2 days.

Requirements:

· Responsible for ordering appraisals, broker price opinions, environmental and foreclosure reports, track and follow collateral insurance.

  • Assists Consumer Loan Workout Officer with securing collateral, equity, or assets of the borrower to preserve the loan principal to prevent or limits losses.

  • Assists with the liquidation real estate or other assets as necessary.

  • Develops good working relationships with internal and external industry contacts.

  • Maintains files and reports, inputs data in Bank systems.

  • Responsible for maintaining forms and documenting/preparing outgoing correspondence for Consumer Loan Workout Officers to borrowers.

  • Inputs financial data into systems.

  • Assist consumer loan workout officers with determining if borrowers are in the military or bankruptcy to determine work out strategies.

  • Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years experience with consumer loan processes, credit, credit and lending analysis, banking or other directly related experience.

  • A combination of experience and a college degree may meet qualifications.

  • Advanced knowledge of loans, credit reviews, foreclosures, taxes, insurance, appraisals

  • Must have excellent judgment, time management, customer service and computer skills.

  • Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
