THE PFISTER HOTEL Human Resources Director in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Pfister Hotel is excited to welcome a strong leader to support the human capital needs of our iconic property located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As the Director of Human Resources, you will report to the Hotel\'s Managing Director and directly oversee Human Resource services provided to The Pfister Hotel, Mason Street Grill, and Wisconsin Hospitality Linen Service, in total approximately 400 associates. This role serves as a key member of our Executive Committee, ensuring your voice is heard at the highest level. What will you be doing? *Oversee all areas of Human Resources administration. This includes but is not limited to associate relations, recruiting and onboarding, training and development, benefit administration, leave of absence, workers compensation, policy compliance, union relations, culture building, and community involvement. *Directly oversee the Human Resources staff, which consists of a Human Resources Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. *Lead labor relationships with three (3) unions that includes but is not limited to contract negotiations, contract compliance, contract training, and grievances. *Provide guidance on associate relations issues such as investigations, coaching/counseling, and policy enforcement. *Recommend, evaluate and participate in training and development programs, as well as remain current with industry trends in order to make necessary enhancements. *Facilitate annual goal setting, performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus payouts for all eligible associates. *Develop annual budgets for salaried labor and HR operating expenses. Ensure expenses are forecasted correctly on a monthly basis. *Act as a member of the Executive Committee.
