Join us as our new Operator - Packaging (Nights) This position works under close supervision and is primarily responsible for operating in the Packaging department. The areas are defined as sanitizing, blending, boxing, warehouse/freezer, and bagging. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Setting up(assemblingand disassembling), operating, adjusting, cleaningand sanitizingequipment to package products within quality standards and according to procedures. Assistingothers in the areas trained as required by production demands or by direction of the Supervisor. Preparingbags and labels for product fills according to work instructions. Verifyinglots and batch numbers and dumps materials into blender/hopper. Stackingbags and boxes onto trolley for storage into the freezer. Deliveringor picks up raw materials or finished product into and out of -55C freezer. Troubleshootingand/or identifies equipment failures or problems. Completingnecessary paperwork and/or data entry for production and/or inventory records. Participatingin continuous improvement activities using Lean concepts and principles. Takingnecessary samples for QC testing as needed. Adheringto all GMP, including sanitary requirements, Safety, ISO and Standardized Work procedures.
