Job Description Position Overview: The Sales Director is responsible for directing and driving sales across all Healthcare accounts, for Amcor Rigid Packaging North America (ARPNA) Specialty Containers business volumes. Leading a Team of Account Managers and Sales Associates, the Sales Director will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy with accountability for attaining above market growth in top-line and bottom-line terms. Additionally, by working directly with Specialty Containers Commercial Excellence, it is expected that this position is able to achieve significant Account penetration in growing the Healthcare segments across North America. Development of strategic and value-added relationships with key customers will be critical to advancing the Healthcare short and longer-term growth objectives. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and cascade Healthcare strategy to Account Managers and support execution of action plans, targeted at achieving above-market growth Develop and implement strategic account plans in order to accelerate growth opportunities within the assigned account(s) Develop strong relationships with strategic Customer Accounts beyond Procurement to support customer satisfaction and long-term business...
