Robert Half Project Coordinator in Minden, Nevada

Description We are seeking a Project Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry, to be based in Minden, Nevada. The role involves a variety of duties including coordination, scheduling, maintaining budgets and schedules, and customer service. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.


• Providing excellent customer service.

• Coordinating and scheduling multiple subcontractors.

• Updating and maintaining budgets and multiple schedules.

• Processing reimbursement requests as needed.

• Preparing change orders when necessary.

• Coordinating and comparing bids.

• Requesting, verifying, and maintaining insurance certificates for Subcontractors and Owners.

• Preparing and maintaining Subcontractor/Owner contracts and Change Orders.

• Preparing and maintaining Purchase Orders.

• Assisting field superintendents as required.

• Coordinating project permits.

• Obtaining and documenting owner selections, specifications, and decisions in accordance with the project schedule, advising and consulting with owners or sales team as needed.

• Maintaining physical and electronic project files with all current construction documents & specifications.

• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

• Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.

• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

• Writing and elaborating contracts between the company and subcontractors. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in data entry

• Ability to manage timelines effectively

• Skilled in organizing files

• Experience in scanning documents

• Familiarity with shipping functions

• Prior experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus

• Project Assistant experience would be beneficial

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
