Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the medical device industry. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and offers the convenience of remote work, with all necessary equipment provided. This is a temporary position in which you will be the first point of contact for individuals, utilizing extensive product and process knowledge to address customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Field a high volume of inbound calls to address consumer inquiries

• Communicate professionally with end-users about intimate health care issues and anatomical functions

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, competitive product knowledge and understanding of market dynamics that may impact our consumers

• Acquire and demonstrate all necessary subject matter expertise to provide responses to incoming consumer inquiries

• Be knowledgeable regarding internal and external business areas including other manufacturers and suppliers

• Accurately and thoroughly document each end-user profile and interaction in CRM systems according to standard department procedures

• Identify sales opportunities within the service call and partner with Consumer Sales team

• Achieve call and quality targets

• Conduct reporting as needed or requested

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

• Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance industry is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, communication, and customer management

• Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures is beneficial

• Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must demonstrate empathy and respect towards patients and their families

• Should be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
