The anticipated salary for this position is between $117,500 and $152,500, depending on qualifications and experience. responsibilities The Electrical Engineer in transmission and distribution design is responsible for the following: Design and analyze transmission and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Develop and execute project plans for linear projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Conduct electrical system simulations and modeling to optimize performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial planning through to commissioning. Prepare and review technical documents, including design specifications, drawings, and reports. Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes in the power and electric sector. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all phases of project development and execution.
