The ALRT Center supports Anesthesia, Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, Radiology, and Radiation Oncology and is located on the East Bank of the Twin Cities Campus. This position has the ability to work remote, hybrid, or fully in-person. No employee is considered 100% remote and this position may be required to attend in-person trainings, meetings, etc. Responsibilities: 60% Internal/External Sales Support * Review internal sales data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and work with appropriate parties to resolve * Create internal sales upload for smaller ISOs (Internal Sales Organizations) * Update internal sales tracking and data reporting spreadsheets * Reconcile internal sales revenue accounts, identify discrepancies, and work with appropriate parties to resolve * Create external billing requests using internal sales data * Verify accuracy and address issues for any external sales requests created by units * Reconcile external sales revenue accounts, identify discrepancies, and work with appropriate parties to resolve 30% Payroll Accounting * Coordinate with HR and accountants to enter payroll distributions for new hires and other compensation changes * Calculate and process payroll adjustments as requested by accountants * Update payroll documentation and spreadsheets based on established processes and procedures * Review existing payroll accounting process and work with supervisor to improve efficiency * Create Job Aids and Document existing and/or updated processes 10% Other Duties as Assigned * Create job aids and document existing and/or updated processes * Other duties and special projects as assigned * Qualifications Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials.
