TEKsystems Hiring Now: Member Services Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

- 1+ year of call center experience.
Description:
Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in a government funded insurance plan: Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace services (MNsure).
Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.
Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.
They will allow people to work remotely after a day or so of training, but all candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice.
Pay:
$25/hr
Shift:
Training Hours: 8:00-4:30 M-F
Hours of operation: 9AM - 6PM M-F. Candidates can start anywhere from 9:00-9:30 am depending on how long they would like to take for lunch (30 min lunch = 9:30 start, 1 hour lunch = 9AM start). They will decide this after training. They will also have 1 other 15 minute break. They will also need to work 2 evening shifts per month (11AM-8PM), and 2 weekend shifts during Open Enrollment (Oct-Dec).
