Aerotek Order Picker-START SOON-$20/HOUR in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

You will be responsible for picking and packing finished products, using a forklift to bring materials from production to the warehouse, and loading trucks. You will utilize a pick sheet and RF Scanner to pull and scan products from various bin locations by hand to fulfill orders. Once the order is complete, you will wrap the pallet for shipping. Approximately 90% of the job requires you to be on your feet picking products and palletizing materials. This role involves lifting 50lbs buckets repetitively. Additional duties include cycle counting and loading/unloading trailers.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack finished products using a forklift

  • Transport materials from production to the warehouse

  • Load trucks

  • Use a pick sheet and RF Scanner to pull and scan products

  • Wrap pallets for shipping

  • Perform cycle counting

  • Load and unload trailers

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of order picking/shipping experience

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Ability to stand and be on feet all day

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to use an RF Scanner

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) systems is a plus

Work Environment

The job is located in a temperature-controlled warehouse. There are two openings on the 1st shift, which operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
