Our department is a team of 8, diverse in experience level and location. My team supports design needs of acquisition, engagement, retention of the membership initiative, and the mobile app; which are top priorities for the organization.

5–10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy.

Need:

· Ability to operate independently,

· Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery

· Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey

· Experience with Agile practices

· Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing

· Needs to have exposure working with mobile

· Need to show start to end what they have done and how got stakeholder buy in

· Plus if they have done a little content writing.
