Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager will perform various functions including planning tasks, building timelines, budget reviews & forecasting, organizing/directing multiple phases of project to a complete delivery, project closure, working with various teams including purchasing, vendors, product teams, delivery teams and travel teams. This is a full-time, onsite, and contract that is renewed on a semi-annual basis.
What You’ll Need
Ability to work with multiple teams to develop a project plan and timeline
Coordinate and communicate across various verticals for deliverables
Ability to create and maintain budgets
Ability to accurately forecast spend (actuals and estimations) on monthly, quarterly, and project basis
Ability to lead team in a very dynamic environment
Communication clearly with stakeholders through both verbal and written mediums
Evaluate and report clearly on project status, risks, financials, and upcoming/past events
Monitor and assess project deliverables to ensure delivery
Flexibility to travel and work in global industry
Ability to appropriately assign tasks and responsibilities
What You’ll Need
Required:
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to lead meetings including remote users through tools such as Teams, Webex, Zoom or in person
Excellent verbal and written abilities
Ability to speak in front of large groups of people including business partners, stakeholders, project team members, end users and both technical and non-technical teams
Excellent organization skills
Adept at quickly assessing situations and providing guidance relevant to the situation
Understanding of project guidelines and when to escalate to management
Desired:
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to step into situations and supply necessary guidance where appropriate
Previous travel experience with a team
Ability to work in a team environment and promote teamwork
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on multiple large projects simultaneously
Ability to see big picture and think ahead (be proactive) to progress project/portfolio
Previous work experience with large, complex projects and systems
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
