Overview

The Senior Product Manager Digital Advertising will lead the implementation and management of the ad server for online SG Proof campaigns, coordinating with traffickers to ensure accurate campaign settings and setup. This role involves monitoring and analyzing server performance, as well as testing solutions across various campaign environments including static images and videos on desktop, mobile, and in-app platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ad servers, including Google Ad Manager, Operative, Amazon, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Kevel, and AdsButler.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of the ad server for online SG Proof campaigns, ensuring accurate configuration and optimization of campaign settings.

  • Collaborate with traffickers to coordinate campaign setup in the ad server, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.

  • Monitor and analyze server performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Test solutions across various campaign environments, including static images and videos, on desktop, mobile, and in-app platforms, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of SSPs and ad servers, including Google Ad Manager, Operative, Amazon, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Kevel, and AdsButler, staying informed about updates and new features.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to ad server functionality and campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade development, supplier brand team, marketing, operations to develop and implement product enhancements and new features based on market feedback and industry trends.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices related to advertising product management, contributing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising product management, ad operations, or related roles, with a focus on ad server implementation and management.

  • Proficiency in managing ad servers, including Google Ad Manager, Operative, Amazon, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Kevel, and AdsButler, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and capabilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze server performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to test solutions across various campaign environments and troubleshoot issues effectively.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to drive product enhancements and innovation, with a focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
