Brand Momentum Sales Coordinator (6 month contract) in Mississauga, Ontario
Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Sales Strategy, we are looking for a team oriented, innovative, hardworking individual to provide a full range of Administrative and Marketing & Sales Coordinator support to the Canadian Marketing and Sales teams in Mississauga, ON. This role Collaborates with the sales strategy associate, brand marketing teams, research, and finance to provide marketing support to deliver overall business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of department policies, procedures and department members' methods of operation to effectively and efficiently conduct duties and responsibilities. Sets priorities independently. Often is the point person for department requests for information, requiring knowledge of the people and roles in the organization.
Create and manage the full PO process for the Marketing and Sales teams
Manage and coordinate product sample needs for the Sales and Marketing teams
Process management and updating/generating of reports through internal systems or excel templates (Trackers, Financials, Pricing, etc.)
Maintenance of Price Lists, Special Pack & Display Menus – taking the lead to ensure accuracy
Lead provider of up-to-date portfolio merchandising guides & UPC booklets for Sales and Retail Team
Lead Pricing Authority process management & processing for brand teams
Lead language translation needs for customer communication materials
Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the senior KC management team. Provide general administrative services for others as required.
Lead the planning, coordination, organization of all requirements of meetings, conferences, agency engagements and leadership team activities including travel logistics and sourcing/negotiating with vendors
Maintain and coordinate the execution of the New Hire Orientation Process (interviews, scheduling, badging, agendas, training manuals, etc.) and offboarding management
Facilitate Canada Communications such as Town Hall coordination and Leadership Communications
Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures; and recommending changes in office practices by seeing opportunities to simplify and proactively solving problems
Provide support for Corporate and/or local based projects as assigned
Create, edit, modify and execute communications internally and externally
Maintains accurate
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2-5 years of Marketing & Sales Coordinator or Administrative support in a corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with agencies, vendors and customers
Must be able to use Outlook at an intermediate to expert level and have advanced computer skills using Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience arranging travel, meetings, catering, and general office organization
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A demonstrated ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures adapt to change, and handle confidential material all with superb accuracy
Demonstrated analytical skills, prioritization, organization, project management, budget management, and tracking
Ability to exercise independent problem-solving and decision-making with a high degree of initiative and self-coordination
Comfortable in a changing work environment
Ability to travel 5% of the time
