What You Can Expect

  • Understand the company's quality policy in such a way as to contribute to the achievement of the general objectives defined by the general management;

  • Implement the Human Resources management policy;

  • Contribute to the analysis of the needs of each department (employment, recruitment, mobility, training, etc.) and then participating in the implementation of Human Resources action plans in compliance with the deadline and budget in collaboration with the managers concerned;

  • Analyse existing HR processes and procedures and contributing to their development;

  • Ensure that legal, contractual and regulatory obligations relating to working conditions and relations (contracts, etc.) are applied;

  • Participate in the department's communication operations;

  • Work in collaboration with Zimmer Biomet France and EMEA HR;

  • Ensure weekly reporting of activities to management;

  • Generally, act as the single entry point for all employees within the scope. Respond to all day-to-day HR issues, draw on the technical expertise of dedicated departments such as payroll, personnel administration and disciplinary matters;

How You'll Create Impact

  • Support managers in understanding the human challenges and development of their teams. Lead recruitment and propose/trigger the training needed to support business growth. Also lead performance reviews, talent reviews and succession plans;

  • Manage and negotiate the exit of individual employees;

  • Deploy group HR processes locally, taking into account the specificities of each local legislation and culture, with a view to alignment and harmonization of values, social benefits, etc.

  • Take part in more global HR projects, often with an international dimension.

  • Respect, at his/her level, the procedures, instructions, guidelines, wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) related to the quality and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management system

  • Check, at his/her level, the application of procedures, instructions and guidelines related to the quality and HSE management system.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and HSE management system.

  • Report any quality and HSE incidents and implement, at his/her level, corrective and preventive actions to remedy them

What Makes You Stand Out

The HR Manager should have at least 5 years of higher education. Prior to his or her position, he or she must have initial experience in human resources management.

Your Background

  • Knowledge of the main principles inherent in Human Resources

  • Knowledge of social legislation;

  • French labor relation experience (Works Council);

  • Knowledge of human resources management tools and ideally of payroll;

  • Ability to propose and question HRM;

  • Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Professional and technical English;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Thoroughness.
