Insight Global ServiceNow Administrator in Montreal, Quebec

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator, to work for 1 of the big 4 Consulting firms in Canada. You will be responsible for monitoring the ServiceNow Support work queue, maintaining various ServiceNow products (such as Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, and HRSD), and ensuring the operational integrity of workflows and configurations. Youll create, enhance, and maintain team dashboards, analytics, and reporting. Additionally, youll advise on features, resolve basic incidents, customize applications, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT, the Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other business practice groups. Your commitment to continuous improvement and learning will drive the adoption of ServiceNow best practices and technology.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years for experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

  • Is a Certified ServiceNow system administrator (CSA)

  • Experience doing Business Analyst Work such as Gathering requirements and planning

  • Experience Working with automation engines, Domain separation, and Legal Service Delivery.

  • Hands-on experience in technical solution design, software specifications, conceptualization, and development. - Holds any other service now certifications

  • Bilingual in English and French

  • Flexibility to work after business hours when required. null
