About This Role

You have experience working with visual content or gaming environment, then come join our Content Creation team and apply your experience and creativity on our state of the art simulation platforms, using industry standard and proprietary software. Your also organized, a good communicator and excellent at coordinating project, then you would make an excellent addition to our team.

The role we are offering you:

  • Integrate all aspects of Content Creation production for products/projects in a multi-site environment ensuring specific milestones and quality standards are met and tracked.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Ability to use CAE Inc. proprietary Content development software to design, modify and generate visual Content using a variety of source data including, but not limited to, satellite imagery, vector data, aerial photographs, and elevation data.

  • Enhance existing visual Content

  • Create and edit photo texturing.

  • Reading and interpreting technical documents and illustrations such as Jeppesen charts, Navigation Data, AutoCAD drawings and other types of airport data.

  • Collects information pertaining to the airport environments for use in developing visual content.

  • Finding creative solutions to common visual Content issues, resulting streamlining processes.

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • University degree in related field (B.Sc. in computer science, 3D design and Animation, engineering a plus); or equivalent technical certification.

  • Experience with 3D design & GIS software; knowledge of MultiGen Creator or AutoDesk 3DS MAX, ESRI ArcGIS or similar, is a plus.

  • Knowledge and work experience with Adobe Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of visualization and content creation technologies an asset but not a requirement.

  • Strong organization, communication, and technical skills.

  • Genuinely excited and enthusiastic about learning and pushing technical limits / finding new solutions.

  • Strong attachment and flexibility towards the assigned tasks and projects as well as ability to work and take decisions unsupervised.

  • Bilingual (French and English).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Self-starter, dynamic and team oriented.

  • Ability to manage his/her time; self-driven and responsible.

  • Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows software: Word, Excel and MS Project.
