Hybrid position available! A large company based in Montvale, NJ is currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Contracts Manager to join their group on a contract to full-time basis. The Indirect Procurement Contracts Manager will primarily be responsible for handling IT contracts, and providing supplementary support to groups with industrial or operational style contracts. The primary responsibility of the Indirect Procurement Contracts Manager will be to work with the business stakeholders on reviewing existing contracts, closing gaps and clarifying requirements, and providing a first line review of the contract to the legal team to minimize redlines. Experience with handling the full life cycle of a contract, as well as overseeing and managing renewals, driving negotiations, and RFP's is required. Proficiency with procurement software platforms is a must, as is familiarity with SAP. Impeccable communication (written and verbal) and prioritization skills are a must, as is the ability to review contracts.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience with procurement software experience (Ironclad preferred)
