Description • Generate within the PLEX system Direct/Indirect Material purchase orders from requests received from the different departments throughout the plant

• Receive ordered Direct/Indirect Material items into the PLEX system verifying for accuracy the quantity of items received on the packing slip matches to the PLEX purchase order from which the items were ordered.

• Deliver received Indirect Material items to their respective departments when orders arrive.

• Create in the PLEX systems new Tool Crib Inventory Direct/Indirect material items reordering general inventory items when required.

• Conduct inventory cycle counts for Direct/Indirect material items making adjustment to the PLEX system when needed

• Operate scanner

• Assist to develop/strengthen relationships with Supplier

• Assit to track purchasing related schedules, such as supplier development, supplier change, and others

• Assist purchasing activities with suppliers
