About Our Team

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) segment is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee our CSP roadmap of products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to strategically assess and prioritize product opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking new product developments, assessing their viability, and providing essential product training to both internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and Develop Lenovo CSP Product Roadmap: Manage the overall portfolio of Lenovo CSP products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Continuously assess and update the product roadmap to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

• Identify and Evaluate New Product Opportunities: Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving customer pre-requirements. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, conducting thorough analysis to determine their potential impact and viability within our portfolio.

• Product Ranking and Prioritization: Develop a systematic approach to ranking and prioritizing new product opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions that maximize the value of our product portfolio.

• Product Training and Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive product training and enablement programs. Ensure that stakeholders have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote and support our products in the market.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customers, to drive product requirements. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our product portfolio. Regularly track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience

• Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to travel 15-20% to customer sites
