Position title: Production Planning Leader – Yankee Candle
Location: Most are (Havran), CZ
Reports to: Production Planning Manager

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Production Planning Leader, you will prepare production plans for manufacturing gift sets, ensuring efficiency and timely supply to customers. You will manage new product lines, coordinate global projects, and set production standards.
Based in Yankee Candle production site in Havran, you will develop and implement production planning strategies, review results, and help your team improve processes. Your goal will be to optimize production, minimize costs, and ensure readiness for each season.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules using the MS Excel and ERP system to meet weekly objectives.
Order and ensure the supply of materials and components as per the production plan.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to management, focusing on customer satisfaction and stock levels.
Develop and implement projects to enhance system functionality and reduce waste.
Support and maintain production processes and procedures.
Liaise with project and purchasing departments for new product development and planning.
Coordinate and optimise the transport of input materials.
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to secure new products and adapt existing practices.
Manage gift set and FSDU (Free Standing Display Unit) product specifications, including production costs and outputs.
Interact internally with project and purchasing departments, management, production planning team and externally with suppliers.

What You’ll Need
Minimum:
A high school or university education in a technical or economic field.
Proven experience in planning within a manufacturing company.
Advanced English language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Your advantage:
Experience with production planning using ERP systems.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Knowledge of 5S and Lean principles.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team
