Role Title: Analyst I

Duration: 7 Months

The Worlds Largest Search Engine is hiring for an Analyst I in Mountain View, CA!

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Insights: Execute in-depth analyses across multiple data-sets (e.g. revenue, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to identify opportunities & make recommendations for growth

  • Update weekly reporting dashboards & forecast models

  • Track key performance metrics across teams & identify insights to drive improvements

  • Perform data analysis on voice of customer responses to identify trends and new opportunities

  • Support administrative needs from the broader team, such as filing tickets, troubleshooting assignment process errors, testing workflows for callback numbers for operational teams and developing voice analytics text trackers

  • Manage the quarterly forecasting process, setting templates & reminding site leads of deadlines. Also oversee delivery of quarterly quality audit completion by site

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Present clear and compelling data-backed stories to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Required Bachelor's degree

  • 2-3+ years of related experience

  • Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing & disseminating information accurately

  • Ability to present findings in a polished way

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment

  • Able to operate autonomously, with limited supervision

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a sales environment or with third party vendors

  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning

  • Conversational skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Pay Details: $39.00 to $42.00 per hour
