Intuit Principal Product Manager - Consumer Small Business Ecosystems in Mountain View, California

Overview

Intuit is launching a new business chartered with looking across Intuit brands (QuickBooks, MailChimp, Credit Karma, TurboTax, Protax) and customers, including our 150M+ consumers and 10M SMBs, to identify and bring to market new products and services that help drive the next stage of growth for the company. This is a fast-growing startup inside Intuit working on the latest innovations in fintech, digital marketing, loyalty, and employee capital. Intuit is devoted to creating solutions to meet the needs and improve the chances of success for our SMB customers with new solutions that help them reach more consumers while getting paid faster.

Come join the Consumer-SMB Ecosystem team as a Principal Product Manager. In this you will create data-powered, service minded, end-to-end experiences for new products that reach tens of millions of consumers and SMBs with new lending and finance products. You will play a lead role in crafting new two-sided experiences for Consumers and Small Businesses working closely with product development and design leadership.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role of increasing responsibility and scope. Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business metrics. Experiences with 2-sided networks (e.g., marketplaces) and with Sales and Marketing SaaS products are a plus.

  • You bring a customer centric mindset. Demonstrated focus on learning from customers and delivering amazing experiences. Passion for solving problems (large and small).

  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones.

  • Energized by working across multiple functions. Strong partnership and influence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion in learning and understanding technology & software. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus.

  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

  • Strong interest in working on fintech.

  • Insanely curious and data-driven, with a strong attention to design details

  • BA or BS degree required with a focus in computer science or business administration preffered. Equivalent experience will be considered.

How you will lead

  • Conceptualize and create strategy, product roadmap and requirements for 0->1 products

  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions and product positioning, partnering with GTM to build awareness and drive demand.

  • Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics.

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, customer success, platform teams, analysts and operations, to define product requirements and translate them into actionable development plans, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

  • Ruthlessly prioritize backlog and work across teams to drive work that delivers value for our customers.

  • Present regularly to the leadership teams on product strategy and deliverables

  • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and establish industry best practices to stay ahead of innovations and trends.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
