Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting training capacities in customer support or operations.

  • Experience developing operational process solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in extended workforce business/shared services environment in customer support or business enablement function.

  • Experience deploying training programs to third-party partners.

  • Ability to travel as needed and adapt to changing needs.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive learning and development strategies for first-party retail stores. You will work with cross-functional teams and staffing partners to ensure that store associates are equipped with the tools needed to provide a positive customer experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design and implement learning and development strategies for sales and customer support operations.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to capture priorities and plans to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.

  • Partner with vendors to ensure delivery of training to retail store teams.

  • Monitor training execution and report on training progress.

  • Provide regular insights and updates on training program health to cross-functional stakeholders.
