PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Fence Team Manager will have an opportunity to assemble and manage a new elite team of Fence Specialists dedicated to delivering excellent customer service through timely and accurate quoting, order entry, scheduling, and processing of fence related orders.
Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Fence Specialists and/or their supervisors
• Provide day-to-day management to Fence Specialists and/or their supervisors, including managing work schedules to maintain required coverage, and handling payroll approvals
• Work with the Regional Services Leadership Team to develop team goals, business metrics, operating procedures, and departmental policies
• Perform quality assurance regarding employee customer service skills, technical accuracy, and conformity to operating procedures and departmental policies
• Identify issues and trends, develop workable solutions, and coach team members to ensure outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external customers
• Work across the organization, particularly with Sales and Operations, to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus regarding customer experience issues
• Own difficult-to-resolve issues regarding customer or cross-functional challenges, driving the conversation to conclusion and win-win solutions
• Report on team performance on a monthly and as-needed basis
• Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Salary Range
$65,000.00/Hr. – $125,000.00/Hr. / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
