Job Summary:

NCR Atleos is seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Metrics Lead to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and ServiceNow Power Analytics. Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Utilize Advanced Excel functions to analyze and present data effectively.

• Leverage ServiceNow Power Analytics to generate insights and support business processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

• Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and best practices.

• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and managing dashboards.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas.

• Experience with ServiceNow Power Analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
