What you'll do

Youll build Kubernetes-based runtime for SAP's Business Technology Platform, it is a fully distributed, highly scalable, microservices-based architecture leveraging standard OSS Cloud Native Foundation technologies. It forms the foundation for all extensions and integrations of all SAP systems, and our work enables our customers, partners, and internal teams to develop their services.

Your tasks will consist of extending Kubernetes functionality by creating Kubernetes Custom Resources, developing custom code in GOLang and configurations in Yaml.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university

• You understand software engineering principles and can consciously apply them.

• You have hands-on experience in software development, ideally in GOLang

• You installed any flavor of K8s locally and can explain a bit about it.

• Fluent in English, German as a plus

• Soft skills: communication, self-organization, time management,

• Optional and a big plus: you installed locally kyma-project.io and can talk about
