Test Operation Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

Unsere Abteilung Betriebstechnik sucht einen Testbetriebsingenieur zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Nabern, Deutschland!

Ihre Hauptaufgaben in dieser Position sind:

• Überwachung der täglichen Vorproduktionsanforderungen zur Sicherstellung der Liefertermine

• Testen von Halbleiterbauelementen (Wafer und singulated) mithilfe von Probern, Händlern und manuellen Tests.

• Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Lösung und Behebung von Geräte-/ Prozessproblemen

• Bereitstellung von Feedback zu Wartungsproblemen und Trends im Zusammenhang mit Fehlern und Grundursachen.

• Vorschlagen und Umsetzen von kostensparenden Ideen.

• Gewährleistung der Qualitätsarbeit gemäß den Standards und Spezifikationen von Renesas.

• Sicherstellung der Produkthandhabung gemäß den gegebenen Anweisungen.

• Testen und Übergeben der Halbleiterbauelemente innerhalb des vorgeschriebenen Zeitrahmens an die Logistikabteilung gemäß dem Produktionsplan.

• Sicherstellung der Qualität der getesteten und gelieferten Produkte durch Befolgen unserer internen Verfahren.

• Aufbau eines stabilen Setups, um den größtmöglichen Ertrag zu erzielen. Die Berichte können in der Produktionsdatenbank „GYM“ angezeigt werden.

Qualifications

• Ingenieur Studium oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im ATE-Testbetrieb und in der Fehlerbehebung für komplexe Produktionstestaufbauten

• Umfassende Kenntnisse der Produktionsabläufe in der Halbleiter- oder Elektronikindustrie

• Technischer Hintergrund in der Halbleiterproduktion und -wartung

• Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit minimaler Aufsicht

• Fähigkeit, flexible Arbeitszeiten einzuhalten

• Teamfähigkeit, um kooperativ zu arbeiten und mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen zu kommunizieren

• Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse auf A2-Niveau sind ein Plus.
