[JOBS AVAILABLE FOR PTs: Full-time (salary), Part-time (hourly) [PREFERED SECONDARY CERTIFICATION: ADOS- Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (Test) Certified [Job Types: Full-time (salary), Part-time (hourly) [ANNUAL SALARY: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annual Salary- With Benefits and Paid Time Off [REPORTS TO: Chief Medical Officer [ADDITIONAL POSSITIONS and OPTIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE: Part-time hourly positions may be available at certain locations for Non-Exempt (Regular Full-Time) and Non-Exempt (Regular Part-Time) employees. Benefit contracts may be available for the Regular Full-time Hourly who is willing to work 34- minimal hours and manage a patient load of evaluations and treatments during that time period. Regular Full-Time will be held to a reasonable productive standard. [Core Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to fulfill the following job duties: 1. Evaluate patient needs and create treatment plans 2. Provide and oversee physical/aquatic therapy services 3. Direct and instruct patients with chronic disease conditions, physical disabilities, or injuries 4. Supervise a team of: - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) - Aides - Student interns [Work Environment: - Integrated team setting - Clinic-to-community model of therapy. Must be able to adapt, innovate and operate in a non-typical clinical environment. [Job Responsibilities: [I. Patient Care - Evaluate patient needs and create treatment plans - Provide and oversee pediatric and adult OT therapy services - Direct and instruct patients with various conditions, including: - Musculoskeletal conditions - Developmental delays - Chronic diseases (diabetes, obesity, Parkinson's, arthritis, Alzheimer's, vascular disease) [Job Description- Core Health Partners [II.
