salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including booking appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials, and take minutes during meetings.

  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
