Job Summary and Qualifications

The Associate Logistics Manager will work with the Logistics Manager of Facility Management Services to execute ongoing logistics related projects and purchasing of materials for Facility Management Services. This role will assist with the purchasing of all materials, tools, and equipment needed for field technicians to complete their work, as well as monitoring stock levels, and inventory tracking. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and complete records concerning ordering, receiving and payment in a timely and cost-effective manner. An ideal associate logistics manager should be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to work independently and within a team.

What you will do in this role:

  • Organize and execute all product purchasing for designated technicians

  • Identify, analyze and report all adjustments in bulk and facility specific inventory, usage, and cost

  • Utilize bulk purchasing in order to expand cost savings

  • Ensure orders are delivered to appropriate party and mitigate issues related to loss prevention

  • Develop and maintain technician/service manager relations

  • Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required

  • 2+ years in inventory, supply chain management, or related field is required
