Our client, an automotive repair company located in Nashville, TN, is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Reps/Repair Support Specialists to start work ASAP!

Details:

• Monday - Friday

• 8a - 5p

• Contract to hire role

Description:

• Deliver exceptional service and drive strong customer engagement

• Coordinate and manager automotive repairs

• Adhere to insurance carrier guidelines and standards

• Monitoring and communicating repair schedule appointments, changes, or cancellations

• Compile and distribute post repair documentation

• Monitor and resolve open A/R balances
