Child & Family Services is looking for a full-time Assistant Program Director for our Community Service Agency (CSA). CSA is a community-based organization whose function is to facilitate access to, and ensure coordination of, care for youth who require or are already utilizing multiple services or are involved with multiple child-serving systems (e.g., child welfare, special education, juvenile justice, mental health) and their families. He/she/they are responsible for supervising the Care Coordinators, providing support and advocacy to parents/caregivers, working with the Program Director to oversee daily operations of the CSA, and ensuring that clinical standards and administrative requirements for the program are met. Must be a Master?s level clinician with at least three years? experience in providing outpatient behavioral health services to youth and families Experience with home-based or Wraparound is preferred Must be certified with Massachusetts CANS, or eligible to become certified.
