In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of the System Drives Division segment strategy for target markets and industries in the US market to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the entire System Drives offering in a profitable way. Responsible for leading, developing, and coaching the System Drives Industry Sales organization to exceed sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Define go-to-market model and segment strategy in target industries and applications. This is a position with global grade 10Your responsibilities Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments, such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Hydrogen, Metals, Mining, Cement, and other process industries. Identify new business opportunities in emerging sub-segments and applications, and implement growth strategy with identified hunt accounts through customer acquisition and lead generation; close opportunities with new accounts. Develop and manage an industry sales team. Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. Oversee the implementation of the segment strategy and related go-to-market models through indirect channels or direct Regional- or Project Sales teams Ensure ABB is included in relevant specifications, approved vendor lists, and frame agreements with target end-user accounts.
