This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

The Global Services TransAct Senior Analyst – Invoice to Cash, Credit and Reporting, is responsible for service delivery of I2C sub-process functions related to Credit Management and Reporting serviced by GS Finance in J&J.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

2. Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Bring relevant end to end process expertise for project deployment

  • Participate in selected design workshops, fit gap discussions, and explore solutions

  • Support the creation of testing plans/scenarios

  • Conduct testing activities throughout all cycles of relevant process areas (BST, UAT, Production Cutover, Defect Resolution) includes preparing relevant data, providing test cases, validating tests and transition to run state

  • Support data cleansing and clearing activities

  • Collaboration with Global MDM Team to ensure seamless end to end finance master data

  • Collaboration with GPO Team to ensure alignment with process, policies and procedures

  • Preparation of documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Desk Top Procedures)

  • Training for the new processes to the Operational team

  • Handle sustainability related process issues

  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective action plan is executed

  • Support legacy team on interim processes during peak periods.

Qualifications

Required

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required preferably in finance related field.

  • A minimum 3 years in finance or accounting related experience is required. Invoice to Cash experience is preferred

  • Good presentation and communication skills. Specifically, ability to explain technical or complex concepts in an understandable way to business stakeholders.

  • Execute plans; attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes, specifically in I2C

  • Collaboration skills

  • High flexibility and ability to deal with complexity is critical

  • Standardization and automation mindset/skills

  • This role can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL and may require up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred

  • Change Management skills

  • Experience with Medical Sector

  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP and S/4 Hana

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
