We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead/Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Crew Lead will oversee a team of landscape technicians and ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscape technicians to execute landscaping projects such as planting trees, shrubs, build retaining walls, install pavers, grading, skid steer, creating outdoor living space enhancements
• Assist in planning and organizing daily tasks, and crew training
• Inspect job sites regularly to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to specifications.
• Take pride in work, is detail oriented, does it right the first time

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related role, preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
