Landscape Consultants is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the care and management of our tree field and nursery operations. As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our plant materials and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:\ - Manage all aspects of nursery operations, including the care and maintenance of the tree field and plant materials.\ - Ensure the health and vitality of all plant materials through effective management practices.\ - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and educating customers on plant materials, including selection, care, and maintenance.\ - Oversee the ordering and procurement of plant materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.\ - Train and supervise nursery staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.\ - Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver\'s license.\ - Bachelor\'s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field preferred.\ - Strong understanding of horticulture principles and practices.\ - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide plant care education.\ - Demonstrated ability in operation planning.\ - Leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise nursery staff.\ - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.\ - Technology proficient.
