Compassionate Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Suppot Professionals/CNA/ Home Health Aide to care for a client in Lawrence County. Experience working with the disabled is preferred, but not required.

*All new hires will complete a PAID On-Site Training Program that will review all functions of residential day-to-day care, CPR, Hoyer Training, Lifting, Transferring, and daily care.

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) e.g. cleaning, cooking, laundry, and personal care hygiene. Monitor, document, and report any changes in individuals, emotional, physical, and mental health in a timely manner. Provide a safe, healthy, and clean environment for the individual and yourself. Prior experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors is desired. Acts to prevent potential crisis situations and implements behavior support plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED, VALID Driver's License, Must be willing to work 2 weekends a month.
