SUMMARY We are currently working with a highly successful privately held manufacturer of custom engineered products to identify an Inside Sales Associate for their international line of business. This position is open due to an internal promotion.   This company has been in business for over 60 years and has a history of continual growth. Over the last 3 years they've introduced new product offerings, increased their R&D and international sales management staff, and grown in headcount by 43%. They are a tight-knit group of just under 150 employees and they have an extremely low turnover rate. They offer an excellent work-life balance and a professional but very down-to-earth and friendly work environment, with bright and clean office and manufacturing spaces.   This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering a Monday -- Friday daylight hybrid schedule (two in office / three from home after training). POSITION  In this role you'll develop a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively support the needs of their customers and sales managers on the international side of the business. You'll be an essential part of the international team as they focus on continuing to grow the international side of the business.   This person will also be speaking with customers and interact with the manufacturing reps this company sells through, as well as effectively collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, finance, production, order entry, shipping, and other inside sales associates on the domestic side of the business.   We're looking for a highly customer service-oriented individual who has an interest in working on the international side of business and is open to speaking to others who have a different first language. This position requires a self-starter who enjoys helping others, has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and an inquisitive nature (you like to ask questions and get to the root of the problem!).   A full job description will be provided to those who are qualified and have a strong interest in exploring the opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS •    Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. •    2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or marketing role is preferred. •    Experience with HVAC or electrical equipment is ideal. •    Knowledge of light industrial products or experience working in a manufacturing industry is needed. Those with personal experience that's given them a strong understanding of how things work mechanically and electrically will be considered. •    Experience with export / international duties dealing with foreign customers, export documentation, etc.is preferred. •    Ability to travel up to 10%. •    Proficiency in a second language is preferred (especially Spanish on conversational level, i.e., hello, good morning, how are you, thank you, etc.). •    Pre-employment requirements include a drug screen.
