We're in search of a mission-driven, tech-savvy, and innovative Controller eager to make a significant impact on our Hospice and Non-Profit clientele. With the aid of cutting-edge applications and programs, you will provide unparalleled guidance and support to our senior leaders and non-profit board members, enhancing their financial strategies and operational excellence.

Our firm specializes in offering outsourced Chief Financial Officer services to New York State Non-Profit Hospice organizations. In this role, you will oversee financial management and reporting for both Hospice and other Non-Profit Organizations. Beyond the primary responsibilities of a Controller, you will also impart strategic financial guidance to senior leaders and non-profit board members

Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's Degree preferred. * Certified Public Accountant preferred. * 5+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Non-Profit accounting or related Health Care industries. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for interacting in a professional environment. * Management experience in leading teams, with the ability to mentor staff and optimize team dynamics * Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a proven track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits. * Proficient time management skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and deliver superior customer service. * Experience with QuickBooks Online, Brightree/Matrix or other Electronic Medical Record System, and web-based payroll platforms like Gusto and Paylocity. * Proven expertise in implementing efficient workflows, procedures, and software to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive Salary: $90,000-$130,000 annually.
