POSITION OVERVIEW: The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in the management of a great preventative maintenance program. This person is highly organized and works well as part of a team in the scheduling and delivery of this critical service. You will build strong relationships with teammates and customers. Communication is the key to success in this position. RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES: These responsibilities generally describe the nature of the position and may not be all inclusive: Input preventative maintenance agreements sold by sales team. Schedule and lead PM startup meetings, both in-house and with customers. Coordinate labor with dispatch team for accurate delivery of PM visits. Work with customers to schedule PM visits. Order and coordinate delivery of filters, belts and other PM supplies. Track and report on hours of PM delivery. Assist in reports and renewals of all PM agreements. Assist PM sales team in identifying potential customers or preventative maintenance contracts. Input and maintain accurate equipment logs for all PM agreements. Update and maintain jobsite (Box) data books. Work with business management software. Performs other duties as assigned.
