JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Mold Repairer Apprentice to support tool repair at our New Richmond, Wisconsin facility. Shift: 1st shift training for roughly 12 months with option to work 2nd, 3rd or 12 hour weekend night shift following training period Our Team Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. What You Will Do Entry-level repair; revise molds and secondary tooling Troubleshoot mold issues and assist in keeping production molds in efficient operating condition Revise and update 2D and 3D mold designs to reflect mold revisions Create documentation and drawings for revisions Assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold repair process Create electrode designs and NC tool paths for electrodes Provide constructive feedback and input to engineering regarding mold performance and preventative maintenance issues Attend redline, AQP/PAR meetings, if required Schedule repair/revision work in order to meet due dates.Coordinate and provide direction for others Set up and operate toolroom equipment, including manual and/or CNC Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Two-year degree in machine tooling or similar discipline; or equivalent mix of education and experience Experience in Solidworks and Mastercam What Will Put You Ahead Problem solving/troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of plastic injection molds This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
