About the role

CBRE is looking for a MEP Technical Program Lead for one of the world's leading technology firms! You will work across the client's real estate portfolio with a key focus on delivering a high standard in a fast paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively maintain and monitor a team to a high level the Global MEP standards and guidelines.

  • Managing and coordinating a team to ensure the guidelines and standards are maintained globally; including any regional items of difference that may need to be maintained.

  • Work with regional leads, to ensure MEP is being delivered consistently, of a high quality and as per the client’s technical requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for cost value savings within the current guidelines and standards, and apply these updates to the standards once investigation is complete and approval received.

  • Identify and set up any new opportunities and projects that relate to MEP,

  • Have a key focus on reporting, analyzing and communicating and MEP project activity to the client lead.

  • Have a thorough understanding of relevant procedures and processes with respect to project work.

  • Coordination of team related activities on the account

  • Producing comprehensive reports that will keep stakeholders informed and up to date on activities.

  • Liaise with regional leads to ensure full global coordination of all MEP elements.

  • Liaise with other stakeholders, such as infrastructure cabling, digital buildings and sustainability, to ensure that all workstreams are contributing and kept up to date with all implications and changes.

  • Implements change management routines with respect to MEP, to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and complete the change. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelors degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate / construction industry. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience in an MEP design or consultancy role

  • Experience working in a global environment

  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.

  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite or GSuite products

  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong written / presentation skills

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the MEP Technical Program Lead position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the MEP Technical Program Lead position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
