Description We are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team situated in New York. The role involves ensuring verification and timely payment of vendor invoices for goods and services in compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing and processing expense reports via various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor invoices for goods and services and ensure timely payments

• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures during the execution of tasks

• Safeguard company funds by implementing anti-fraud measures

• Review expense reports meticulously and process them via various systems

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Check Runs to ensure accurate financial records

• Code invoices accurately to ensure proper categorization

• Perform data entry tasks and process invoices efficiently

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and analyze financial data. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage and streamline vendor payments

• Experience in handling Check Runs to prevent fraudulent transactions

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices for correct categorization and record-keeping

• Proven skills in Data Entry for efficient and accurate financial data management

• Knowledge in Invoice Processing to ensure timely payments and maintain good relationships with suppliers

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for various financial computations and data management

• Experience with Oracle for database management and report generation

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing sales, expenses, and tracking daily transactions

• Knowledge of SAP for efficient financial operations and reporting.
