About the role
The Associate Director of Physical Product Strategy will be responsible for the growth strategy of our 30+ restaurant brands. This leader will manage a small team and work closely with several cross-functional partners across Culinary, Operations, Marketing , and Finance . This leader will sit within the Growth Strategy organization . Key responsibilities include:
Identifying opportunities to broaden the cuisine portfolio and deepen existing restaurant menus through market and trend analysis, and leading strategic planning to bring new products to market
Conducting monthly analytics and reporting of restaurant performance across the portfolio and driving strategic insights and corresponding actions based on the data
Owning pricing strategy, including setting prices for every new restaurant concept and menu item, refining geographic pricing strategy as we scale, considering cost data and unit economics, and monitoring elasticity trends and inflationary dynamics
Ensuring guest-facing packaging breeds excellent function to maintain the quality of each menu item through the delivery process, and ensuring the packaging forms are differentiated and thoughtfully branded in line with our standards
Setting the strategy to standardize portfolio offerings based on different physical location build types and local demographics
Conducting ad hoc analytics related to restaurant performance, such as cannibalization across brands
The experience you have
Experience with strategy and analytics, customer insights, and business operations at a food brand or food-adjacent startup
Ability to build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships
Expertise in analytics and reporting in Excel, with SQL and Looker experience preferred
Experience managing and strategically prioritizing multiple key initiatives at the same time
Excellent project management skills, with strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to get into the weeds and solve critical problems
Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executive leadership

Base Salary Range:$183,750
