Description:

•Provide onsite videoconference and audiovisual support

•Troubleshoot end-user audio audiovisual issues affecting on-premises videoconference rooms

•Administer Zoom backend

•Work with end-users to diagnose and troubleshoot issues affecting Zoom client

•Interpret audiovisual design drawings, schematics, and flow diagrams.

•Keep current with emerging technology by attending courses and seminars; evaluate industry trends, standards, and new technologies to recommend best solutions.

•Coordinate vendor on-site service, repair, and return for malfunctioning equipment.

•Evaluate industry trends, standards and new technologies to recommend change.

•Ensure all work products meet or exceed FINRA standards.

•Work with audiovisual integrators on larger projects to ensure that project scope have been fulfilled and quality standards are met prior to project acceptance.

•Provide end-user training and help develop end-user documentation for audiovisual systems.

•Optimize conference room audiovisual settings to offer the best user experience possible.

•Work with FINRA Property Management and audiovisual integrators to implement holistic solutions that improve the end-user experience.

Education/Experience Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with at least three (3) years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.

•AVIXA CTS certification desired

•Superb customer service skills

•Past Audiovisual/Event support experience, with a focus on Zoom

•General knowledge of communication, network, and audiovisual technologies.

•Specialized knowledge of audiovisual control systems and technologies (AMX, Crestron, etc.).

•Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.

•Well organized, thorough, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

•Ability to maintain focus and develop proficiency in new skills rapidly

Working Conditions:

•Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required.

•Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

•On-call duties (on a rotational basis) may be required.
