If you’re passionate about tequila and mezcal this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Overview of Responsibilities:

● Prepare and portion ingredients such as fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, and mixers to ensure the bar is ready for service.

● Assist bartenders by batching large quantities of cocktails and mixers ahead of service to maintain efficiency during peak hours.

● Clean, polish, and organize glassware, ensuring all necessary glass types are available and easily accessible.

● Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies, including spirits, wines, beers, mixers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic beverages.

● Properly label, date, and store prepared ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with health standards.

● Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

● Provide support to bartenders during service by refilling ice bins, restocking garnishes, and Your Strengths & Qualifications :

● Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting

● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and remain on your feet for extended periods.

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

● Meticulous in keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized.

● Willingness to support the bartending team and contribute to a positive work environment.

● Capable of handling a variety of tasks quickly and efficiently, with a willingness to learn new skills.

● Clear and effective communicator, able to take direction and work well with others.

● Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

● Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent service to guests.

● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and stand for extended periods during shifts.
