Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Compliance Technology team at one of our asset management firm clients in NYC. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the internal technology and compliance surveillance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, review business processes, and develop optimization strategies and solutions. This role will challenge the candidate to crystalize requirements, define best practices, and work with business units and stakeholders to meet project deliverables. Requirements will then be used to drive the selection and implementation of a firmwide regulatory reporting solution.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager within IT

-Functional knowledge of Charles River Investment Management Solution

-Familiarity with basic SQL

-Experience working with Jira or Confluence -Financial industry background

-Understanding of compliance activities (Portfolio Surveillance & Regulatory Reporting) null
