Citigroup Business Analytics Ld Analyst in New York, New York

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Business Analytics Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Support the management of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) client feedback program. Perform the daily operation support on the TTS service tracker program. Utilize excel, SQL, Python or any analytical tools to perform data analysis and provide insights. Support the setup of new data feeds and new automation process. Collaborate with business groups to collect and manage data and providing insights. Act as business liaison to understand data, their process needs and address any requests or issues. Coordinate and prepare client list to ensure the data integrity and successful launch. Provide analytical support on strategic projects that drive insights and actions in the business. Coordinate with technology partners to enhance Voice of Client (VOC) process and platform. Closely collaborate with the technology team on the maintenance and new enhancement items on the VOC portals, for example: design the specs, provide detailed logic and testing. Support on generating the quarterly service tracker reports. Coordinate with different business groups to understand their needs, incorporate their feedback to conduct more reliable and efficient VOC survey and reporting portals. Work with other team members to prepare data and quantitative analysis on the VOC results. Support the team using data to provide strategic recommendations. Provide support on the preparation of TTS annual programs launch, including translations, pre-fielding and fielding Q&A. Help on annual reports checking and entitlement logic testing. Provide analytical support on VOC data, including analyzing data for insights and recommendations. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Applied Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must possess two (2) years of experience with all of the following: Software development life cycle, handling technical testing for digital platform enhancements; Project management using JIRA; Utilizing SQL to perform data analysis; Utilizing Python for data analysis, data cleaning or report automation; Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report automation or advanced modeling; Using data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView; Create process flows using Microsoft Visio. 40 hrs./wk.
