Morgan Stanley Corporate Treasury Associate in New York, New York

Team Profile:

Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm’s liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm’s foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

You will:**

· Analyze and communicate on the Firm's funding, liquidity, and/or capital profile

· Colloborate with various business units and support functions to assess and manage the Firm’s funding, liquidity and/or capital needs

· Take ownership of daily tasks and processes, presentation materials, and special projects

· Assist the team with ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process

· Research, analyze and recommend solutions around data issues and perform necessary steps to resolve

· Support regulatory requests from regional regulators including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings

You have:**

· Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity

· Diversity of thought

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to your audience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

· Ability to collaboratate and build relationships

· Initiative to identify problems and complete tasks without requiring instruction or guidance from a supervisor

· A strong sense of organization and time management skills

· Worked in a high-paced environment and use multi-tasking to your advantage

· 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
